Ravichander .T is an Assistant Professor of English in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at JNTUH University College of Engineering Sultanpur, with nearly a decade of teaching experience at JNTU since 2017. With a strong foundation in English language and literature, his academic work integrates learner-centered language pedagogy informed by extensive engagement with students from rural, semi-urban, and urban backgrounds across Telangana, enabling him to address diverse linguistic challenges through effective remedial strategies.

He teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses including English Language and Communication Skills, Advanced Communication Skills, English for Skills Enhancement, Gender Sensitization, Constitution of India, and English for Research Paper Writing, with a focus on communicative competence, professional communication, critical awareness, and practical application for engineering students.

He holds an M.A. in English and Literature from Osmania University, is UGC-NET qualified, and has completed specialized teacher-training certifications such as PGDCE from the University of Hyderabad and PGCTE from The English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU), Hyderabad. His areas of academic interest include Communicative English, Soft Skills and Employability Skills, Postcolonial Studies, Cultural Studies, Ecocriticism, and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

In addition to his teaching and academic responsibilities, he serves in administrative capacities as the Coordinator for ME I B.Tech in the Department of Humanities and Sciences and as Assistant Deputy Warden for the Boys’ Hostel, contributing to departmental coordination and student welfare.
