He admires the kind of education that stands for "Education is the manifestation of the perfection already in man." and the education by which character is formed, strength of mind is increased, the intellect is expanded and by which one can stand on one's feet as propounded by Swami Vivekananda.
In his 27 Years of experience, he served in various capacities in teaching, institutional administration and system administration.
He was trained by the Indian Armed Forces viz. Indian Army @ Officers Training Academy, Nagpur and Indian Air Force @ Air Force Administrative College, Coimbatore.

He did his Ph.D. from IIT Madras and later PostDoc from University of Jyvaskyla, Finland.
After B.Tech., M.Tech., Ph.D. and PostDoc., he did M.Sc.(Applied Psychology) from Annamalai University, Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu.
